Trubooker Connectors

Overview

Trubooker is a transportation platform enabling users to book interstate bus tickets conveniently. While the passenger and driver apps were already in place, the company wanted to expand its ecosystem by introducing “Trubooker Connectors”—an agent network program that rewards partners for bringing verified drivers onto the platform.

Before our involvement, the onboarding process for new drivers was manual, inefficient, and difficult to track. Agents had no structured way to see their commissions or manage driver referrals. On the administrative side, Trubooker’s Super Admin panel wasn’t equipped to monitor agent activity in real time.

The core challenge was to create:

  • A dedicated Connector (Agent) App that empowers agents to onboard drivers and track earnings.

  • A seamless integration into the Driver App so referred drivers could be tagged automatically to agents.

  • A Super Admin upgrade for real-time monitoring of agents, drivers, and commissions—all while keeping the user experience frictionless.
